By creating an account, users can save their favorite clinics, deals and leave a review on the dental clinics.

To create an account:
1. Select Sign in at the top right.
2. Click Create an Account.
3. Enter your name and email address.
4. Create a password and confirm it.
5. Click on Create Account.
6. We’ll send a confirmation email, click on the link to confirm your account.
If you don’t see the email, verify that you’re writing the correct email and check your spam or trash folder. Please add our mail to your white list.

This account can also be used as a dental clinic account. See how to switch to a dental clinic account for more information.

You can sign in using your Facebook or Gmail account. If you continue with Facebook or Gmail, you will be redirected to their website and asked to grant permissions to recollect your data.

Your account can be used as a user or dental clinic. To switch to a dental clinic account, you need to select a membership plan.

To select a membership:
1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on your name, in the upper-right corner, then click memberships.
3. Click on the membership plan that fits your dental clinic.
4. If you’ve selected standard membership, A popup window will appear.
5. Enter your debit/credit card information.
6. Click Pay.

You’ll receive an email with your confirmation.

To switch to a dental clinic account:
1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on your name, in the upper-right corner,
3. Click switch to dental clinic.

To switch back to your user account, repeat the same process and click on switch to user.

To change your password:
1. Log in to your Account.
2. Go to Account information in the Account section.
3. Click on Update.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Click Save.

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Select the Sign in|Register button at the top right.
2. Under the Sign In button, click on Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your Dental Clinic Deals account.
4. Click Send Password Reset Link
5. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
7. Click set password.

The email registered can not be changed or modified.

As a user, you don’t have a subscription you can cancel your account at any time.

If you're using a personal email please check your server settings and add dentalclinicdeals.com to your white list or ask your IT department to add it. This will ensure the delivery of future emails.
If you don’t get a confirmation email, try using an alternative register form like Gmail or Facebook.

Dental Clinic Deals will only charge for the membership plan selected. Dental Clinic Deals will automatically renew your membership on the same day every month. When you sign up at the end of the month, your membership will change to the first day of the next billable month for example if you sign on August 31, your membership will be moved to October 1 because it’s the first day of the next billable month. There is no fee for editing your store listing.
Your membership works on a monthly basis.

You can cancel your Dental Clinic Deals Membership anytime by visiting the Your Account section under billing and subscription Settings. You will have access to your Dental Clinic Deals Membership until the end of that subscription cycle, and your final day of access will be identified in the Your account. After your Dental Clinic Deals membership has ended, your dental clinic and coupons or deals will not be shown on the Dental Clinic Deals Listing, and you will no longer have a Membership fee added to your payment account. There is no added fee for canceling your membership.
It’s important to note that membership fees are non-refundable.

Dental Clinic Deals will automatically renew your membership at the end of the billing cycle, unless you choose to not use the auto-renew option for your membership and set it to manual.
Dental Clinic Deals does not store your credit card or debit card information, your payment information is stored by Square, who will process the payment on behalf of Dental Clinic Deals every billing cycle.
Membership payments are reflected in the billing and subscription section of Account.
Dental Clinic Deals will not charge sales tax on your monthly membership fee.

All Coupons and deals are offered by the Dental Clinic.
Dental Clinic Deals will not add any additional fees, or coupons, or deals. Revise the information uploaded to the deal or coupon you’re responsible for the content and validity of such information.

The Clinics agree to resolve any disputes directly with the user. In accordance with our terms of use. The Clinic acknowledges and agrees that Dental Clinic Deals has no control over the outcome of the coupons or deals and cannot and will not be accountable for the dealings that the Clinic or User conduct.
Let your customer know about your returns policy and cost, located on your account under the product you’ve uploaded.

Before listing your dental clinic, you’ll need to set up your clinic profile on the Account section.

Dental clinic information
1. Enter the name of your dental clinic
2. Enter the address and select your state, city, and zip code.
3. Select If you have other locations. Only on standard memberships.
4. Upload the dental clinic logo. The logo will appear on your profile and all deals.
5. Click Save.

Contact information
Select the contact information you would like to be visible on your clinic profile.
1. Go to Clinic contact information in the Account section.
2. Select the checkbox to turn on the options.
• Email address
This option can’t be changed, modified or uncheck.

• Phone and text message
If you check these options, users will see your phone and text message number. This information will be visible on your dental clinic profile.

3. To turn off phone or text message, deselect the checkbox.
4. Click Save.

Dental clinic facilities
Adding photographs of your facilities helps increase users’ trust. Take a photo of your facilities, then upload them in this section to collect the Facilities badge. Please submit your pictures in the following formats: jpg, png.

To add a photo:
1. Go to Photos in the Account section.
2. Click on Add photo to select the desired photo, then click “Add” to upload the photo.
3. Click Save.

By submitting photos, you’ll collect the Facilities badge. On your dental clinic profile, click on the badge to view the submitted photographs.

Permits & licenses
Take a photo of your medical licenses and permits, then upload them in this section to earn the Permits & licenses badge. Please submit your photos in the following formats: jpg, png.

To add medical licenses or permits:
1. Go to Permits & licenses in the Account section.
2. Click Add photo to select the desired photo.
3. Click “Add” to upload the photo.
4. Check Show to make visible the photo on your dental clinic profile.
5. To Add another photo in the same field repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Click Save.

By submitting your permits & licenses, you’ll collect the Permits & licenses badge. On your dental clinic profile, click on the badge to view the submitted photographs.

Your account can be used as a user or vendor.
To switch to a user account:
1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on your name, in the upper-right corner,
3. Click switch to user.

To switch back to your dental clinic account, repeat the same process and click on switch to dental clinic.

To change your password:
1. Log in to your Account.
2. Go to Account information in the Account section.
3. Click on Update.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Click Save.

To collect the badges of dental clinic facilities, dental clinic licenses, and deals go to your account.

Badge of dental clinic facilities
1. Go to dental clinic facilities in the dental clinic account section.
2. Click Update.
3. Submit the photographs of your dental clinic. These photos will be displayed on your dental clinic profile.
4. On your dental clinic profile, click on the badge to view the submitted photographs.

Badge of dental clinic licenses
1. Go to dental clinic licenses in the dental clinic account section.
2. Click Update.
3. Submit the photographs of your permits & licenses that apply to your business.
4. Click on Show on the photos you want to make visible.
5. On your store profile, click on the badge to view the visible permits & licenses.

Deals
This badge will appear on dental clinics with a standard membership.
To change to a standard membership, go to Billing and subscription on your dental clinic account.

On your Account, go to the Statistics section.
Here, you will see all your clinic visits and how many times a deal has been downloaded.

To add a new deal:
1. Go to the Deals section.
2. Click on Add deal.
3. Select coupon or promotion. On coupons select the type of coupon you would like to add.
4. Add the services that apply to the deal.
5. Depending on the deal, select the price or discount that will appear on the deal.
6. Specify the start date and end date of your promotion. Please note, that free memberships only can submit deals for 5 days max.
7. Add additional details. Let users know more about the deal or promotion.
8. Enter the terms and conditions of the deal.
9. Click Save deal.

5 days max with renewal option.

30 days, which is the duration of your membership. On standard memberships, you can set an auto-renewal on your deals.

Expired deals can be renewed as many times as needed. The deal duration will depend on the type of membership.

To renew an existing deal:
1. Go to the Deals section.
2. Search for the deal you would like to renew.
3. On the deal actions, click on renew.
4. Select the start date and end date of the deal.
5. Click Save

Auto-renew is an option for standard memberships. When activated, the deal will be automatically renewed for the membership period.

Please note that this option is only available if the membership payment is also on auto-renew.

Your dental clinic and coupons or deals will not be shown on the Dental Clinic Deals Listing and you will no longer have a membership fee added to your payment account.

To edit an existing deal:
1. Go to the Deals section.
2. Search for the deal you would like to edit.
3. On the actions of the deal, click on edit.
4. Go to the information you would like to modify.
5. Click Save deal.
